PURPOSE OF QASS DEVELOPMENT
It will be used to plan, direct, maintain, control, assure and improve how quality policies and procedures are established, implemented, and monitored.
The Quality Assurance Manual is a living document that contains the Company’s policies and procedures designed to manage quality in accordance with
the requirements of the customers.
SCOPE
It covers all of the Company’s procedures and activities, corrective and preventive measures, suggestions for improvements, handling of complaints, non-conformities and promote quality-oriented culture, based on monitoring, inspections, evaluation, assessment and audits on a regular basis in line with
9001:2015 standard, to which our Company will strive for accreditation.
QUALITY POLICY
The Quality Policy of YELVEN, is based on customer satisfaction. We strive for continuous improvement in our quality systems, to the objectives of our company: Providing equipment that meet or exceed our customer's requirements; Providing a service that results in customer satisfaction; Continuous development of a dependable lessor base. We are committed to continuous improvement in quality, and the assessment of the quality system to assure
its suitability to meet the requirements of our company and the requirements of our customers.

QUALITY STANDARD SYSTEM
The company assesses its Equipment Providers and leases only from those that can satisfy the company's quality requirements.
Leasing contracts and documents clearly and completely describe required equipment, including quality requirements.
Leasing contracts are reviewed and approved prior to deployment.
THE DMAIC MODEL
The term "CONTROL" our company refers to is the DMAIC method - Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control.
The company is currently developing a data-driven quality method in order to improve, maintain and conduct processes, as equipment quality control system.
OWNERS AND EQUIPMENT PROVIDER'S BENEFIT
All equipments deployed shall be monitored on-site with updates posted in our website. All stakeholders can monitor their respective units with regularity regarding performances, number of trips made, tonnage hauled, fuel consumption data and all other relevant information which will create a steady flow of information. All the data that is necessary will be posted on our website. Our aim is to provide the clarity and satisfaction for all our customers.
